Each Indoor 10′ x 8′ Carpeted Space Includes:
  • Electricity
  • One 8′ table (with 2 chairs!)
  • Two booth badges (good for the exhibit hall and Wednesday night social)
  • Company name and display location included in the onsite guide, mobile app, and event website
  • Mobile app access

Exhibit space does not include educational sessions or meals. Meals can be purchased as an add on to your booth.

The ROADeo is held offsite at J. Stout Auction House: 8018 W Sunset Hwy, Spokane, WA

Exhibit Policies

BOOTH RAFFLES

Each exhibitor providing a raffle prize is responsible to do their own drawing at their booth and it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to notify the winner and get the prize provided into the hands of the winner.  Make sure you are requesting emails and cell numbers! Each exhibitor will have access to the Mobile App to post on the activity feed. As per the Convention Center and WA State Liquor Laws, NO ALCOHOL is permitted as a give away. Please do not include alcohol in a gift basket or as a give away, you will be asked to remove it.

BOOTH STAFF

Names must be submitted by September 16, 2026 to receive a personalized badge. Badge prints and reprints will not happen onsite, instead anyone needing a badge will receive a generic “Exhibitor” badge. If there is a change to your booth staff after registering and before September 16, 2026 please contact Grace Richardson, Grace.Richardson@deainc.com the exhibits coordinator.

CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations for a full refund are eligible until September 7, 2026. All cancellations must be made in writing to Grace Richardson, Grace.Richardson@deainc.com by September 7, 2026.
All booths must be paid in full by September 7, 2026 or risk losing their space. Any no shows will be treated as a cancellation and not eligible for a refund.
