Chelsea has more than eight years of experience guiding community outreach, engaging directly with property owners and implementing communications strategies for public agencies on a range of projects. Chelsea has designed and implemented many community outreach efforts for varied audiences, including digging in with property owners for cleanup work with the Department of Ecology, fieldwork and vegetation management with Puget Sound Energy, and project design and property acquisition with the City of Shoreline. Chelsea works to engage the public, key stakeholders and local communities in the decision-making process to help clients make informed, community-driven decisions.

For more than 13 years, Brianne has managed and designed transportation design projects for many agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest in both the public and private sector, which gives her the unique perspective of the challenges that local agencies face. Her experience and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on multi-modal corridors that enhance the public transportation experience has ranged from the initial phases of project development all the way through construction. She especially focuses on working with local communities through a meaningful community engagement process that facilitates stakeholder consensus and develops transportation improvements that incorporate community concerns.
